1. General Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ok bige website or any of its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature on ok bige, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Ok bige is an internationally licensed online entertainment platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond, offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, jackpot, and other gaming services.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• ok bige may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ok bige:

• All deposits are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is listed on ok bige's cashier page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. More complex cases may take longer.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended.
• Transactions must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• ok bige reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ok bige regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please be aware of the following terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after they have been wagered the required number of times.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed on your first deposit.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on ok bige:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• If a bet fails to register due to a technical issue, ok bige will not be responsible for that bet. If you are unsure, please contact support.
• ok bige reserves the right to change the odds on any event. The odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded — though different rules may apply for combo bets.
• ok bige reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds, even after the outcome has been determined.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bige platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds. ok bige is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Using bots, software, or any automated method to place bets or play games.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through match-fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to ok bige's systems.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse promotional bonuses.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Ok bige reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• There is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• You have submitted a self-exclusion request.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, provided there are no rule violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ok bige will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a session or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Due to errors or delays by third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Due to an issue with your own device or software.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with another person.
